This Privacy Policy describes how DSI Care ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our clinic management platform.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, configure your clinic profile, and use the service. This includes: Full name, mobile number, email address, clinic/chamber details, patient records entered by you, appointment and prescription data.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Services; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices and support messages; respond to comments and questions; and monitor usage patterns to improve the platform.
We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+. We perform regular security audits and penetration testing. Patient data is stored in isolated, access-controlled databases. We implement rate limiting, IP whitelisting, and 2FA options for admin accounts.
As a healthcare platform, we understand the sensitivity of patient data. You remain the data controller for all patient information entered into DSI Care. We act as a data processor and process patient data solely on your instructions. We do not sell, share, or use patient data for any advertising or analytics purposes.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. On account closure, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use tracking or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect service functionality.
We use minimal third-party services: Cloud hosting (for data storage and compute), WhatsApp Business API (for message delivery when you enable this feature), and payment processors (for subscription billing). All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in a portable format; withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at support@devsecit.com to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominently within the Service at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
